At WAHTS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
